Resumo: The political expression remains an enigma when it is only seen in the light of information transparency. The article explores this regime specificity and seeks to characterize it relating it to the expression of canonical definitions in linguistics and semiotics. The notion of political circle is introduced and followed in order to explain the representations as obedience and the reasons why a more “transparent” or more “rational” political talk would not allow social grouping formation. O artigo explora a especificidade deste regime e busca caracterizá-lo relacionando-o às definições canônicas de enunciação em Lingüística e em Semiótica.
