The sector 'Pergunte ao CREF' of the IF-UFRGS has reached, in a period of two years, the number of 1.13 million visits

A Portuguese-only website for questions and answers was created in 2010 at the Center of Reference for Physics Teaching. Its monitoring by Google Analytics only started in May 2013. The website currently has 685 questions answered either by professors from the IF-UFRGS or by guests.  This work presents an analysis of about 1.13 million visits recorded over two years of monitoring. In this period of time, a growth from 3.5 thousand to 18 thousand in the number of access per week can be observed. The majority of accesses have come from within Brazil (91.8%), although there are accesses originated from more than a hundred different countries. Among these countries, Portugal, the United States, India, Spain, Angola, France, Germany, Mozambique, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands stand out. In Brazil, the visits have come from 1104 different cities in all states, predominantly São Paulo, followed by Rio Grande do Sul, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Santa Catarina, Bahia and all remaining federated units. We also present the ten most viewed questions in the website and four questions that we consider the most unusual.
