Resumo: | The objective of this research is to evaluate the electronic document management systems and the role of Administrative Proceedings (SPA) in the practice of processing of documents adopted after the project "UFSC paperless" coordinators in departments and courses of Agricultural Science Center – CCA . This research presents aspects of the Electronic Document Management (EDM ) and it identifies the performance of the SPA as a workflow system .Given the complexity of UFSC , it was decided to conduct the survey in Agricultural Science Center – CCA, located in Itacorubi, because it’s a center displaced from the central axis of the Campus Teacher João David Ferreira Lima, Trindade, Florianópolis. This option allows the study of variables that refer to the distance between the various centers of UFSC and central management. The research is a case study with qualitative and quantitative approach and it portrays the opinions of servers, obtained by questionnaire, surveyed in 2013 on the system of processing of documents contained in the SPA and improvements afforded by this system. Only one of the ten respondents didn't do the formal training, yet this respondent sought guidance and frequently uses the SPA. In this user group it was unanimous the affirmative about the necessity for systematic training of the SPA. The result brings out compliments and complaints system and the presence of resistance to change models and innovation. |
