SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW FOR DISASTER SCENARIOS:: CONCEPT, GAPS AND RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY

Resumo: Considering the particularities and differences of shelter and housing provision for disaster scenarios, this study aims to determine the main concepts on the subject, identify design parameters, raise indicators, guidelines, strategies and best practices for temporary shelters and housing and analyze the use of multi-criteria decision models for shelters for disaster situations. For this, a Systematic Literature Review - SLR and bibliometric analysis were taken, using the Systematic Search Flow method (FERENHOF; FERNANDES, 2016). Of the resulting articles, 46 studies served as the basis for this analysis. The results highlight the importance of site selection and design of temporary shelters and housing in the phases before the disaster and after the occurrence of emergencies, encompassing several professionals, including architects. In addition, a need has been identified to establish design parameters for temporary shelters in planned camps and for multi-criteria decision models using the AHP method for the design of this type of shelters.

In addition, a need has been identified to establish design parameters for temporary shelters in planned camps and for multi-criteria decision models using the AHP method for the design of this type of shelters.Considerando as particularidades e diferenças da provisão de abrigo e habitação para cenários de desastre, o objetivo deste estudo foi determinar os principais conceitos sobre o tema, identificar parâmetros projetuais, levantar indicadores, diretrizes, estratégias e as melhores práticas para abrigos e habitações temporárias e analisar o uso de modelos multicritério de decisão voltados a abrigos para situações de desastre. Para isso, tomou-se como base a Revisão Sistemática de Literatura - RSL e a análise bibliométrica, utilizando o método Systematic Search Flow (FERENHOF; FERNANDES, 2016). Dos artigos resultantes, 46 estudos serviram como base para esta análise. Os resultados evidenciam a importância da seleção do local e do projeto dos abrigos e habitações temporárias, considerando as fases anteriores ao desastre e após a ocorrência de emergências, englobando diversos profissionais, inclusive arquitetos.
