Resumo: The aim of this study is to analyze the public calls of the Lectureship Program of the Brazilian government sponsored by CAPES. In order to do that, the documents covering the period from 2008 to 2018 are analyzed with respect to the countries and foreign higher education institutions, academic training and experience with the Celpe-Bras language Proficiency Exam required from candidates for the position of Lecturer. By undertaking such an analysis, we intend to contribute to studies about internationalization programs of the Portuguese Language and to discuss the way in which language education policies are implemented (SHOHAMY, 2006; BOWE; BALL; GOLD, 1992; BALL, 1994a), especially with regards to the professional's performance at the forefront of political actions related to the teaching of Portuguese as an additional language abroad.

Con este fin, se analizan los documentos que cubren el período de 2008 a 2018, con respecto a países e Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) extranjeras, formación académica y experiencia con el examen de competencia Celpe-Bras requerido a los candidatos para el puesto de lector. Al realizar dicho análisis, se pretende contribuir a los estudios sobre los programas de internacionalización de la lengua portuguesa y discutir las formas en que se implementan las políticas lingüísticas educativas (SHOHAMY, 2006; BOWE; BALL; GOLD, 1992; BALL, 1994A), especialmente, lo que refiere al desempeño del profesional que está a cargo de las acciones políticas relacionadas con la enseñanza del portugués como idioma adicional en el extranjero.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar os editais de seleção de professores ao Programa Leitorado vinculado à CAPES. Para tanto, são estudados os documentos que compreendem o período de 2008 a 2018, com relação aos países e Instituições de ensino superior (IES) estrangeiras, formação acadêmica e experiência com o Exame de proficiência Celpe-Bras exigidas dos candidatos à vaga de leitor.
