Resumo: Accustomed to authorial signatures from capitalism, we forget that throughout history many of the “products/instruments” we use resulted from the collective construction. They are artifacts. We defend here that the alphabet is included among them. And that its appropriation is an object of desire and power, so that the appropriation of the alphabet is subject to power games and the conquest of the right to literacy also responded to the needs of the productive systems and urbanization processes resulting from capitalism.

Ellos son artefactos. Argumentamos aquí que el alfabeto está incluido entre ellos. Y que su apropiación es objeto de deseo y poder, por lo que la apropiación del alfabeto está sujeta a los juegos de poder y a la conquista del derecho a la alfabetización también respondió a las necesidades de los sistemas productivos y procesos de urbanización derivados del capitalismo.Acostumados às assinaturas autorais a partir do capitalismo, esquecemos que ao longo da história muitos dos “produtos/instrumentos” que usamos resultaram da construção coletiva. São artefatos. Defende-se aqui que o alfabeto se inclui entre eles.
