Resumo: The article explores Weber's theoretical contributions to the concept of the market in sociology. Through the exposure of different interpretations of the concept and its analysis, from the publication and critical reorganization of his complete work in Max Weber Gesamtausgabe (MWG), the text presents a notion of the market linked to his latest writings in the field of sociology. A notion that is not to be confused with the neoclassical and structuralist interpretations of the market, as it integrates its conceptual scheme (social action, social relationship, legitimate order) and the mutual determination of action plans Based on the market proposal as an associative social relationship and related concepts, the text points out possible keys for understanding and explaining current phenomena, such as the emergence of new markets and their transformation based on collaborative practices or focused on ethical criteria

Por intermédio da exposição das diferentes interpretações sobre o conceito e de sua análise, a partir da publicação e reorganização crítica de sua obra completa na Max Weber Gesamtausgabe (MWG), o texto apresenta uma noção de mercado vinculada aos seus últimos escritos no âmbito da sociologia. Uma noção que não se confunde com as interpretações neoclássicas e estruturalistas de mercado, pois integra seu esquema conceitual (ação social, relação social, ordem legítima) e a mútua determinação dos planos de ação.
