Resumo: The main objective of this article is to deepen discussions on the political dimension of a religious movement of young evangelicals, whose name is “Céu na Terra Movement”, which were carried out in my master’s thesis. It is an urban movement that operates on social networks, began in 2016 in the region of Águas Claras (DF) and continues to be ongoing. This movement has spread across Brazil promoting gatherings in order to create opportunities for revival in the nation. As a hypothesis of the article, this movement is constituted as a component of a supposed evangelical political culture in Brazil at the present time, around which, a Christian nation project has been mobilized and undertaken. The evangelical political culture, is carried out by evangelical politicians who act within the state machine and who legitimize this movement, insofar as it acts for the realization of this project, which aims at a Brazil in which its God is the lord. The reflection brought in the article is supported by the theoretical assumptions of the New Political History and the History of the Present Time, operating with the notion of political culture as it has been approached by historiography.

Trata-se de um movimento urbano e que atua nas redes sociais, que começou em 2016 na região de Águas Claras (DF) e continua em andamento, que têm se espalhado pelo Brasil realizando ajuntamentos no objetivo de promover um avivamento sobre a nação. A hipótese do artigo é a de que este movimento se constitui como componente de uma suposta cultura política evangélica no Brasil do tempo presente, em torno da qual um projeto de nação cristã tem sido mobilizado e empreendido. Esta cultura é protagonizada por políticos evangélicos que atuam no interior da máquina estatal, e que legitimam o movimento na medida em que ele tem atuado para a efetivação deste projeto, que visa um Brasil no qual o seu Deus seja o senhor.
