Resumo: This paper deals with a study on different social representations of Jesus Christ through the topic of poverty. As a sample of these religious systems, Christian blogs were elected to show strongly circulating representations. The analysis showed that the different Jesus Christs deal with poverty according to the Durkheimian and Weberian precepts about coletivism and individualism.
