Resumo: This article discusses the political notion the vote construction among the members who belong to MST – Movimento dos Trabalhadores Rurais Sem Terra (Landlees Rural Worker´s Movement). We work with the idea that the Brazilian political culture shows continuities which are specially revealed in the arrangements before the vote. Thus, in the political lived at the settlement places the modern and traditional meet, motivate the vote and make sense to the political choice.
