How do I evaluate texts? Reflections about the way of thinking and doing of language undergraduates

Resumo: http://dx.doi.org/10.5007/1984-8420.2015v16n2p210The present work analyzes certain conceptions of the language undergradu­ates from UFRPE/UAG, regarding actions related to the grading / evaluation of written texts produced by second-year high-school students, in the classroom environment. For this purpose, four graduate students collaborated by answering questionnaires, inter­views and evaluate, reflect and interfere in texts produced by basic education students. Our research is based on Luckesi (2011) and Ferreira and Leal (2007) on school evalu­ation; in Suassuna (2007) and Marcuschi (2004, 2007 and 2012) in relation to assess­ment in Portuguese; and the reflections of Ruiz (2001) about categories evaluating writ­ten texts. The results showed the predominance of both resolute and textual-interactive correction on the texts evaluated by the undergraduate students, and these, discursively, showed a constant mix of conflict between "old" and "new" assessment practices.

Para tal, contamos com a participação de quatro graduandos que se prontificaram a responder questioná­rios, entrevistas e a avaliarem, refletirem e interferirem em textos produzidos pelos alunos da Educação Básica. Embasamo-nos em Luckesi (2011) e Ferreira e Leal (2007) para abordar avaliação escolar; em Suassuna (2007) e Marcuschi (2004, 2007 e 2012) no que concerne à avaliação em língua portuguesa; e nas reflexões de Ruiz (2001) acerca de ca­tegorias presentes na ação de avaliar textos escritos.
