Resumo: | Objective: The investigation presented in this article proposes a model of Technological Management Knowledge, which is based on models for management knowledge and the use of technological resources for efficient management of the knowledge in an organization. The model consists of three components: a) knowledge management activities, b) technological platform, y c) organizational knowledge. Methods: For the validation of the model, an Information Unit of a Peruvian university was selected, where a questionnaire with questions associated with each component of the model was applied to the personnel working in that unit. Results: The results showed the current state management of the technological management knowledge in the applied Unit, and in general it can be concluded that they were quite satisfactory. In the knowledge management section, it is concluded that those who work in the Unit know and apply 75% of the activities of this component of the model; while, in the second section, the use of technological tools as support for knowledge management apply 80% of the second component. And in the third section, about organizational knowledge related to technological innovation tasks, the responses show 71% application of the third component. However, it can be observed that in some questions asked, they show average levels in the answers that could be improved. Conclusions: The Technological Knowledge Management model made it possible to recognize the knowledge generation process and the identification of the ideal technological tools that support the know-how originated in organizations and integrate them through the component of a technological platform to adequately relate socialization activities, exteriorization, combination and interiorization; involving technologies and innovation in the process. |
