Resumo: This paper seeks to question the process of preparation of the Olympic Games in 2016. For that was done a literature review on the subject and their legacies as well as a document analysis of sports institutions, the Olympic Delivery Authority and the Federal Government about the mega event. In this sense , it was found that the preparation of the 2016 Games is prioritizing the actions of market interest, with measures establishing a state of emergency , which does not respect the constitutional laws, are linked to human rights, the environment, public property etc. The beneficiary groups are those who financed the Rio campaign headquarters of mega event and/ or are directly involved with members of all three government levels , as well as proprietary sports entities of the commodity Olympics.

Por eso se hizo una revisión de la literatura sobre el tema y sus legados, así como un análisis de los documentos de las instituciones deportivas, la Olympic Delivery Authority y el Gobierno Federal sobre el mega evento . En este sentido, se ha descubierto que la preparación de los Juegos de 2016 está dando prioridad a las acciones de interés de mercado, con medidas que establecen el estado de emergencia, que no respeta las leyes constitucionales, están vinculados a los derechos humanos, el medio ambiente, los bienes públicos etcétera los grupos beneficiarios son los que financió la sede de la campaña de Río de mega evento y/o están involucrados directamente con los miembros de los tres niveles de gobierno, así como las entidades deportivas de propiedad de los Juegos Olímpicos de los productos básicos.Este texto busca problematizar o processo de preparação dos Jogos Olímpicos de 2016. Para tanto foi realizada uma revisão de literatura sobre o tema e seus legados, bem como uma análise de documentos das entidades esportivas, da Autoridade Pública Olímpica e do Governo Federal acerca do megaevento.
