Human development and tramission of values in instituto compartilhar’s social and sportive projects: the perspective of alumni

Resumo: http://dx.doi.org/10.5007/2175-8042.2017v29n50p31This research objective is to analyze the impact of the participation of children and young people in Instituto Compartilhar’s social and sportive project based on the perception of alumni. An online survey was carried out among alumni of Instituto Compartilhar projects, of which got 738 answers. Based on  the IC former students responses, we found that participation in a project can be rather a possibility of internalization of social values - 90.40% of respondents said they learned values such as teamwork and 88.80% learned about respect during the time in the project - and contribution to the human development of the students involved, with 78% said that the project contributed to its development as a citizen. We also conclude that the methodology used by the IC complies with its goal teaching a sport when we consider that 63% of former students said they learned to play well a sport.

We also conclude that the methodology used by the IC complies with its goal teaching a sport when we consider that 63% of former students said they learned to play well a sport.Esta investigación busca analizar el impacto de participación en los proyectos socio deportivos del Instituto Compartilhar (IC) a partir de la percepción de exalumnos.   Sobre la base de las respuestas de los ex alumnos de la IC, se encontró que la participación en un proyecto puede ser más bien una posibilidad de internalización de los valores sociales - 90.40% de los encuestados dijo que aprendieron valores como el trabajo en equipo y 88.80% aprendieron respeito durante el participación en el proyecto - y su contribución al desarrollo humano de los estudiantes involucrados, con el 78% de las personas involucradas en la investigación, dijo que el proyecto ha contribuido a su desarrollo como ciudadano. También se concluye que la metodología utilizada por el CI cumple con su objetivo es enseñar un deporte si tenemos en cuenta que el 63% de los ex estudiantes dijeron que aprendieron a jugar bien un deporte. O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar o impacto da participação de crianças e jovens nos projetos socioesportivos do Instituto Compartilhar (IC) com base na percepção de ex-alunos. Questionários online foram submetidos aos ex-alunos, obtendo 738 questionários respondidos. Com base nas respostas dos ex-alunos do IC, identificamos que a participação em um projeto pode ser sim uma possibilidade de interiorização de valores sociais – 90,40% dos respondentes afirmaram que aprenderam valores como trabalho em equipe e 88,80% aprenderam respeito durante o tempo de participação no projeto - e de contribuição para o desenvolvimento humano dos alunos envolvidos, sendo que 78% dos envolvidos na pesquisa afirmaram que o projeto contribuiu para o seu desenvolvimento como cidadão.
