Training to innovate in Physical Education: basis for production of innovation in basic education

Resumo: | This essay brings reflections on innovation in the initial formation for the licentiate degree and aims to analyze theoretical, normative and experiential bases that impel the deal with this phenomenon in the Physical Education higher education course. We observed that the emergence of innovation as an element of reflection in Physical Education teacher training comes from its demarcation in curricular guidelines and from its theoretical and methodological exploration in pedagogical projects and in the curriculum. In addition, the daily life experienced needs to provide in its various teaching, research and extension activities the professional development of teachers who understand innovation and its characteristics as one of the sources for acting with quality in the basic school. Curriculum modeling, for example, represents one of the concepts that, worked in higher education, allow thinking and experiencing innovation in the curriculum, attributing to this object an expanded, dynamic and flexible character, favoring the existence of innovative practices in Physical Education. |

Observamos que la emergencia de la innovación como elemento de reflexión en la formación del profesorado de Educación Física proviene de su demarcación en los lineamientos curriculares y de su exploración teórica y metodológica en los proyectos pedagógicos y en el currículo. Además, la vida cotidiana vivida necesita proveer en sus diversas actividades de docencia, investigación y extensión el desarrollo profesional de docentes que entiendan la innovación y sus características como una de las fuentes para actuar con calidad en la escuela básica. La modelación curricular, por ejemplo, representa uno de los conceptos que, trabajados en la educación superior, permiten pensar y experimentar la innovación en el currículo, atribuyendo a este objeto un carácter expandido, dinámico y flexible, favoreciendo la existencia de prácticas innovadoras en Educación Física.Este ensaio traz reflexões sobre inovação na formação inicial para a licenciatura e objetiva analisar bases teóricas, normativas e vivenciais que impulsionam o trato com esse fenômeno no curso de ensino superior da Educação Física. Observamos que a emergência da inovação como elemento de reflexão na formação docente em Educação Física advém de sua demarcação em diretrizes curriculares e de sua exploração teórico-metodológica em projetos pedagógicos e no currículo. Além disso, o cotidiano vivido precisa proporcionar em suas diversas atividades de ensino, pesquisa e extensão o desenvolvimento profissional de professores que entendam a inovação e suas características como uma das fontes para atuação com qualidade na escola básica.
