Resumo: The article analyzes the praxis of the production of the glocal juridical-political space by the municipalities of the Consórcio Intermunicipal de Fronteira (CIF), evidencing the experience of the political-legal and administrative order of Dionísio Cerqueira (SC), Bom Jesus do Sul and Barracão (PR) And Bernardo de Irigoyen, Argentina. The CIF municipalities, by producing the social, political, economic and cultural space, based on the praxis of the place and its surroundings, with activities in international relations, create a specific, relational and typical juridicity of the glocalized representation spaces, characterized by a Common normative system among municipalities, outside official international law.
