Resumo: This paper aims on analyzing the property, highlighting universal social and legal changes, which happened through time. However, it devotes some time, specially, on analyzing contemporary aspects of property, pointing out indispensability of real accomplishment from social-environmental task of property as well as legal and political institutes on Brazilian law to carry out this goal.
