Resumo: | This current article analyses the welfare State crisis on its structures and indicates some kinds of challenges on the social politics contemporary formulation. Shows the loss of the State centrality as a thinker and manager of redistributive justice roles, shifting to the private orbit the task to formulate, to define and to execute public politics. In the matter of public politics formulation, the new politic imaginarium after cold war, shows social groups that reach to recognize their diversities, and leave in the second place issues related with redistributive justice. In the other hand, the specificity of libertarian movements makes harder the creation of emancipatory common project, what causes, sometimes, disable the results of willing social transformation. |

Aspects of contemporary state and the challenges of social policy formulationAspectos do estado contemporâneo e desafios na formulação das políticas sociaisThis current article analyses the welfare State crisis on its structures and indicates some kinds of challenges on the social politics contemporary formulation. In the other hand, the specificity of libertarian movements makes harder the creation of emancipatory common project, what causes, sometimes, disable the results of willing social transformation.http://dx.doi.org/10.5007/2177-7055.2008v29n57p31O artigo analisa a crise do Estado social no que se refere a sua estrutura e indica desafios na formulação das políticas sociais contemporâneas. Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina2010-09-13info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsc.br/index.php/sequencia/article/view/2177-7055.2008v29n57p3110.5007/2177-7055.2008v29n57p31Seqüência - Legal and Political Studies; V. 29 n. 57 (2008); 31-46Revista Seqüência: Estudos Jurídicos e Políticos; V. 29 n. 57 (2008); 31-46Seqüência Estudos Jurídicos e Políticos; V. 29 n. 57 (2008); 31-462177-70550101-9562reponame:Sequência (Florianópolis.
