Resumo: This article has by purpose to explore the discontinuities between the middle-aged and modern universes, focusing, so for, the different ways to the juridical dimension to relate with the political and social dimension, that, over anthropological bases deeply distint (first communitarian and then individualist), identify thecounterposition between the “society of societies” from middle-aged source, and the State insularity, characteristicly modern.
