Characters of change and (des) constructiveness of democracy in public locus and its agents in transnationalism

Resumo: The democratic society. What can be understood by this phrase, term, concept? What makes a (verily) democratic society? What is the effective location of democracy? How, in contemporary society, to exercise democracy? Faced with these questions that raise the investigation of the present essay, one can observe the phenomena and nuances of the current democracy - nationally and internationally - being deconstructed and reconstructed, in a way opposite to its real meaning and purpose, remaining only focused on kratos of its etymological origin. Existing democracy would not be traced in a veiled despotism, inserting a totalitarian state, through agents (internal and external) or the advancement of social pluralities and complexities modified it in such a way, that the abstraction of the concept of what would be democracy was expired? The method of approach used in the problem faced was the comprehensive method, with its fit in research being essential, as social science cannot be encompassed and qualified if only logical procedures are used. The research technique used was bibliographic research.

The research technique used was bibliographic research.  La sociedad democrática. ¿Qué se puede entender por esta frase, término, concepto? ¿Qué hace a una sociedad (realmente) democrática? ¿Cuál es el lugar efectivo de la democracia? ¿Cómo, en la sociedad contemporánea, ejercer la democracia? Frente a estas interrogantes que suscita la investigación de este ensayo, se puede observar los fenómenos y matices de la democracia actual -a nivel nacional e internacional- siendo deconstruida y reconstruida, en contraposición a su verdadero sentido y finalidad, quedando únicamente enfocada en kratos de su origen etimológico. . La democracia actual no estaría siendo trazada en un despotismo velado, insertando un Estado totalitario, a través de agentes (internos y externos) o el avance de las pluralidades y complejidades sociales la modificaron de tal manera que la abstracción del concepto de lo que sería se ganó la democracia?  La société démocratique. Que peut-on entendre par cette phrase, ce terme, ce concept ? Qu'est-ce qui fait une société (vraiment) démocratique ? Quel est le lieu effectif de la démocratie ? Comment, dans la société contemporaine, exercer la démocratie ? Face à ces questions que soulève l'investigation de cet essai, on peut observer les phénomènes et les nuances de la démocratie actuelle - nationalement et internationalement - se déconstruire et se reconstruire, à l'opposé de son véritable sens et de sa finalité, ne restant focalisé que sur le kratos de son origine étymologique. . La démocratie actuelle ne serait pas tracée dans un despotisme voilé, insérant un État totalitaire, à travers des agents (internes et externes) ou l'avancée des pluralités et des complexités sociales l'a modifiée de telle manière que l'abstraction du concept de ce que serait la démocratie a été gagné ?  A sociedade democrática. O que se pode entender por essa frase, termo ou conceito? O que faz uma sociedade (de fato) democrática? Qual o local efetivo da democracia? Como, na sociedade contemporânea, exercer a democracia? Frente a esses questionamentos que suscitam a investigação do presente ensaio, pode-se observar os fenômenos e nuances da atual democracia - nacional e internacionalmente - sendo desconstruída e reconstruída, de forma oposta ao seu real significado e propósito, mantendo-se apenas focada no kratos de sua origem etimológica. A democracia vigente não estaria sendo traçada em um despotismo velado, inserindo um Estado totalitário, através de agentes (internos e externos) ou o avanço das pluralidades e complexidades sociais a modificou de tal forma, que a abstração do conceito do que seria a democracia foi vencido? O método de abordagem utilizado na problemática enfrentada, foi o método compreensivo, sendo primordial o seu encaixe na pesquisa, eis que a ciência social não pode ser abarcada e qualificada, se forem utilizados somente procedimentos lógicos.
