This paper aims to analyze in a complex and transdisciplinary perspective, the plurality in the formation in Cyberspace, outlining, thus, contributions to debate ciberlaw. Indeed, the machine will be addressed in a neovitalista perspective  Levy). In this sense, machines are not restricted to a tangle of electronic components, but as belonging to to strata such as physical, biological, social, technical, etc, associating itself continuously with other types of machines, which wich leads to the need to think about them as plurality. From this diversity, it is crystallized the reference universe called cyberspace, bringing social and legal implications. From this, it arises the need to devise the cyberlaw in a perspective that respects the multidimensionality and complexity of the legal phenomenon called cyberspace.
