http://dx.doi.org/10.5007/2177-7055.2016v37n73p113This article intending to make a rereading of the right validity of assumptions takes as a research field the lifeworld interpreted as sphere where raises speeches, interpelativos dialogues, and ultimately, the sphere of democratic exercise. In front of phenomenological issues of political content and economic that somehow affect the fundamental rights, the validity of the right assumed importance as a central theme when discussions related to fundamental human rights, dignity and recognition and understanding of the democratic state law are revisited given, considering especially paradoxical situations that link people, groups and ethnicities forgotten the margins of society. This outline is enough to raise the typical problem of modern societies: how to stabilize in the proper perspective of the actors, the validity of a legitimate social order of the front right perspective the national multiculturalism and global?
