Children education: policies and practices in the context of the pandemic in paraiban municipalities

This research sought to analyze the performance of education departments and child care institutions of the municipalities in Paraíba, related to remote activities into pedagogical practices in the context of the pandemic. The research sources consists of issued standards by the federal government, MEC and CNE: Laws, Opinions, Ordinances and Resolutions (BRASIL, 2020a, 2020b, 2020c,); in addition to authors such as: Campos and Durli (2021); Campos et al (2020), among others. It's a survey of qualitative character, in which it was carried out bibliographical research and a questionnaire for the data production. The results showed that, despite the ordinances, amendments and resolutions elaborated, at national and at state level, these policies and programs did not materialize to ensure equal access and quality of education. In view of the above, it can be said that the proposals for remote activities in early childhood education are precarious and excluding.
