This paper aims to analyze occurrences of sexual violence against children and adolescents, considering the intersection between gender, class, race, and age. Therefore,  initially, we sought to understand the concept of sexual violence and its impacts, later, the data produced on violence and sexual abuse, with the record of gender and race, released by the Health Surveillance of the Ministry of Health, for the period between 2011 and 2017. For the analysis, we have used the literature on gender, race, class, and childhood as a theoretical basis, as well as the concept of intersectionality, coined by Kimberlé Williams Crenshaw. As a result, it has become evident that black girls in the age group between one and nine years old suffer sexual violence and that the rates among those under 5 years old are significantly higher. From the point of view of this  paper, in addition to the need to disseminate data with the cut of the social markers mentioned - gender, race, class, and age - it is urgent to develop strategies and formulate policies that guarantee the rights of black girls, as children and legal subjects.
