Reflective registration, pedagogical coordination and professionalization of early education teachers

Resumo: This article, the result of master's research, seeks to answer the following question: How do teachers of babies and very young children record pedagogical proposals on a daily basis. The general objective is to verify how and if the reflective record qualifies the pedagogical practice of early childhood education teachers. The study universe is a Municipal Basic Education School in the city of São Bernardo do Campo/SP. The data production instruments are records made by two daycare teachers and semi-structured interviews with the same teachers. The data indicate that early childhood education teachers record their practices, but they become effective as there is a reflective training process. The role of the pedagogical coordinator is fundamental in this process, as her feedback qualifies everyday writing practices.

O objetivo geral é verificar como e se o registro reflexivo qualifica a prática pedagógica das professoras de educação infantil. O universo do estudo é uma Escola Municipal de Educação Básica da cidade de São Bernardo do Campo/SP. Os instrumentos de produção de dados são os registros realizados por duas educadoras da creche e entrevistas semiestruturadas com as mesmas docentes. Os dados indicam que as professoras de educação infantil registram suas práticas, porém se tornam eficazes à medida que há um processo formativo reflexivo.
