Resumo: This essay focuses on Early Childhood Education as an intensive field of experimentation, invention and creation of new sensibilities, of a new softness, a new gentleness from the meetings, relationships, connections and agencies between men, women and children that take place in kindergarten. For this, we resort to authors such as Gilles Deleuze, Félix Guattari and Suely Rolnik and, concepts such as difference, differentiation, becoming and blocks to help us think about the subjectivation processes of male teachers which are engendered in the daily life of these kind of daycare centers for children.

O presente ensaio tem por objetivo tratar a Educação Infantil como campo intensivo de experimentação, invenção e criação de novas sensibilidades, de uma nova suavidade, uma nova doçura a partir dos encontros, relações, conexões e agenciamentos entre homens, mulheres e crianças que se dão nas escolas de infância.
