Engenharia de Infraestrutura.O déficit habitacional brasileiro é um dos maiores responsáveis pela proliferação urbana, entretanto, boa parte das ocupações não contam com infraestrutura de boa qualidade. Assim, este trabalho objetiva criação de proposta de ocupação do tipo loteamento no Município de Araquari – Santa Catarina, com foco nos projetos integrantes de responsabilidade da Engenharia Civil, a saber: Projeto Urbano, de Terraplenagem, de Drenagem de Água Pluviais, de Distribuição de Água Potável e de Coleta de Esgoto Sanitário. Estes projetos foram desenvolvidos com foco no aproveitamento máximo das características naturais benéficas, de forma a intervir o mínimo possível no terreno natural. Para isso, foi necessária análise criteriosa do levantamento topográfico, da ocupação atual do solo, das condições hidrogeológicas e sociais da região, bem como da extensa legislação em vigência. As diferentes metodologias levantadas foram selecionadas de acordo com o grau de otimização capazes de trazer ao dimensionamento dos sistemas de infraestrutura. O procedimento de dimensionamento foi feito de maneira gradativa, conforme se aumentava o grau de detalhamento exigido e conforme eram avaliadas e corrigidas interferências entre diferentes sistemas. Com isso, foi possível a criação de proposta de um loteamento com 153 unidades e do dimensionamento final dos sistemas integrantes de infraestrutura.Housing inequality in Brazil is one of the most powerful forces responsible for urban sprawl, however, a good part of occupations does not count on infrastructure of good quality. Thus, this project proposes land subdivision in the Municipality of Araquari - Santa Catarina, focusing on the projects that are part of a Civil Engineering Program, namely: Urban Parcel Project, Earthworks Analysis, Stormwater Network System, Water Supply Pipe Network and Sanitary Sewer Network. These projects were developed with a focus on maximizing the beneficial natural characteristics. Thus, it was necessary to analyze the natural terrain, current occupation of the soil, hydrogeological and social conditions of the region, as well as the extensive legislation. The different methodologies were selected according to the degree of optimization they can bring to the design of infrastructure systems. The design procedure was done in a gradual way, as the degree of detail required was increased and as interferences were evaluated and corrected between different systems.
