Estes foram: a) a identificação da distribuição espacial dos formigueiros em conformidade com a matriz da paisagem; b) aplicações de bioisca; Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Trichoderma lignorum; e a junção de bioisca com fungos. O experimento foi conduzido na fazenda Malunga, situada no Plano de Assentamento Distrital - PAD-DF, localizada no distrito do Paranoá-DF, contou com identificações e avaliações dos formigueiros presentes na propriedade. A avaliação foi feita visualmente conforme movimentação das formigas e redução de danos no tomate, couve-manteiga e alface. O uso da identificação da distribuição espacial indicou a concentração de formigueiros de acordo com seus tamanhos e característica de solo. Os resultados mostraram um bom potencial para inativação dos formigueiros, porém não tão expressivos quanto a eliminação do formigueiro, conforme comparação em testes laboratoriais. A bioisca apresentou potencial controlador quando aplicado corretamente, não havendo ataques as culturas durante todo o processo de implantação do experimento. A junção de controle com fungos mais bioisca, apresentou os resultados mais rápidos de inativação.The objective was to establish control of leaf-cutting ants (Atta sexdens rubropilosa) in organic agriculture, using organic methods. These were: a) the identification of the spatial distribution of nests in accordance with the matrix of the landscape; b) bioisca applications; Beauveria bassiana, Metarhizium anisopliae, Trichoderma lignorum; and the junction of bioisca with fungi. The experiment was conducted at Malunga farm, located in the District Plan Settlement - PAD-DF, located in Paranoá-DF district, had IDs Reviews ant colonies present on the property. The evaluation was done visually as movement of ants and harm reduction in tomatoes, kale and lettuce. The use of the spatial distribution identification indicated the concentration of anthills according to their sizes and soil characteristics. The results showed a good potential for inactivating the nests, but not as significant as the elimination of the nest, as compared in laboratory tests. The bioisca presented potential driver when applied correctly, with no attacks cultures throughout the experiment of the deployment process.
