Universidade Federal de Santa CatarinaMaciel, José Filipe dos SantosCruz, Sonia Purin da2018-12-04T16:11:44Z2018-12-04T16:11:44Z2018-11-01https://repositorio.ufsc.br/handle/123456789/191796TCC (graduação)- Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Campus Curitibanos. Agronomia. The soybean complex is what drives most of the agribusiness economy in Brazil and is consolidating each year. Nitrogen is one of the most demanded nutrient for soybean and can be provided through Biological Fixation of Nitrogen (BNF). This process is done by diazotrophic bacteria and potentiated by other Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR’s), commercially available as inoculants. This study aimed the evaluation the effects of different methods of inoculation and co-inoculation of Bradyrhizobium japonicum and Bacillus subtilis in soybean crops. The experiment was carried out in the region of Frei Rogério-SC, conducted in 2017/18 crop, a randomized block design with 8 treatments and 6 biological replicates. The applied treatments correspond to: 1- control; 2- control Mineral Nitrogen fertilization ; 3- inoculation with B. japonicum in seeds treatment; 4- inoculation with B. japonicum in-furrow; 5- inoculation with B. japonicum in spray at V3 development stage; 6- co-inoculation with B. japonicum + B. subtilis in seed treatment; 7- co-inoculation with B. japonicum + B. subtilis in in-furrow and 8- co-inoculation with B. japonicum + B. subtilis in spray at V3. The parameters nodulation, vegetative development and shoot nitrogen were evaluated at 31 days after the emergency, and the yield and nitrogen grain content were evaluated at the harvesting time. Statistical differences between treatments were identified. The averages that were identified statistical differences were compared by the Scott Knott test at 5% probability. However, the variables shoot dry matter mass and shoot nitrogen grain content, did not present statistical difference between the treatments. Nodulation was impaired by nitrogen fertilization and the other treatments did not differ from the control. There were not identified statistical differences between the productivity of T1, T2, T3, T5, T6 and T8. However, these treatments showed productivity values superior to the ones of T4 and T7. The thousand grain weight obtained in T2 was superior to the other treatments, however it did not resulted in productivity. Under the experimental conditions (soil with high rhizobia population), the soybean co-inoculation with B. japonicum + B. subtilis in-furrow was inefficient and resulted in productivity reduction. On the other hand, the post-emergence inoculation (spray) proved to be a good alternative for the farmers, although more studies are needed for the viability of this technique.44Curitibanos, SCPós-emergênciaSulcoSementesBradyrhizobium japonicumBacillus subtilisDesempenho da soja submetida a diferentes métodos de inoculação e coinoculaçãoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/bachelorThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessporreponame:Repositório Institucional da UFSCinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)instacron:UFSCLICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain; charset=utf-81383https://repositorio.ufsc.br/bitstream/123456789/191796/2/license.txt11ee89cd31d893362820eab7c4d46734MD52ORIGINALJosé Filipe Maciel.pdfJosé Filipe Maciel.pdfTCCapplication/pdf2815773https://repositorio.ufsc.br/bitstream/123456789/191796/1/Jos%c3%a9%20Filipe%20Maciel.pdf2aa965f6202b2ffbcd3f070c4c68b808MD51123456789/1917962018-12-04 14:11:45.826oai:repositorio.ufsc.br:123456789/191796Vm9jw6ogdGVtIGEgbGliZXJkYWRlIGRlOiBDb21wYXJ0aWxoYXIg4oCUIGNvcGlhciwgZGlzdHJpYnVpciBlIHRyYW5zbWl0aXIgYSBvYnJhLiBSZW1peGFyIOKAlCBjcmlhciBvYnJhcyBkZXJpdmFkYXMuClNvYiBhcyBzZWd1aW50ZXMgY29uZGnDp8O1ZXM6IEF0cmlidWnDp8OjbyDigJQgVm9jw6ogZGV2ZSBjcmVkaXRhciBhIG9icmEgZGEgZm9ybWEgZXNwZWNpZmljYWRhIHBlbG8gYXV0b3Igb3UgbGljZW5jaWFudGUgKG1hcyBuw6NvIGRlIG1hbmVpcmEgcXVlIHN1Z2lyYSBxdWUgZXN0ZXMgY29uY2VkZW0gcXVhbHF1ZXIgYXZhbCBhIHZvY8OqIG91IGFvIHNldSB1c28gZGEgb2JyYSkuIFVzbyBuw6NvLWNvbWVyY2lhbCDigJQgVm9jw6ogbsOjbyBwb2RlIHVzYXIgZXN0YSBvYnJhIHBhcmEgZmlucyBjb21lcmNpYWlzLgpGaWNhbmRvIGNsYXJvIHF1ZTogUmVuw7puY2lhIOKAlCBRdWFscXVlciBkYXMgY29uZGnDp8O1ZXMgYWNpbWEgcG9kZSBzZXIgcmVudW5jaWFkYSBzZSB2b2PDqiBvYnRpdmVyIHBlcm1pc3PDo28gZG8gdGl0dWxhciBkb3MgZGlyZWl0b3MgYXV0b3JhaXMuIERvbcOtbmlvIFDDumJsaWNvIOKAlCBPbmRlIGEgb2JyYSBvdSBxdWFscXVlciBkZSBzZXVzIGVsZW1lbnRvcyBlc3RpdmVyIGVtIGRvbcOtbmlvIHDDumJsaWNvIHNvYiBvIGRpcmVpdG8gYXBsaWPDoXZlbCwgZXN0YSBjb25kacOnw6NvIG7Do28gw6ksIGRlIG1hbmVpcmEgYWxndW1hLCBhZmV0YWRhIHBlbGEgbGljZW7Dp2EuIE91dHJvcyBEaXJlaXRvcyDigJQgT3Mgc2VndWludGVzIGRpcmVpdG9zIG7Do28gc8OjbywgZGUgbWFuZWlyYSBhbGd1bWEsIGFmZXRhZG9zIHBlbGEgbGljZW7Dp2E6IExpbWl0YcOnw7VlcyBlIGV4Y2XDp8O1ZXMgYW9zIGRpcmVpdG9zIGF1dG9yYWlzIG91IHF1YWlzcXVlciB1c29zIGxpdnJlcyBhcGxpY8OhdmVpczsgT3MgZGlyZWl0b3MgbW9yYWlzIGRvIGF1dG9yOyBEaXJlaXRvcyBxdWUgb3V0cmFzIHBlc3NvYXMgcG9kZW0gdGVyIHNvYnJlIGEgb2JyYSBvdSBzb2JyZSBhIHV0aWxpemHDp8OjbyBkYSBvYnJhLCB0YWlzIGNvbW8gZGlyZWl0b3MgZGUgaW1hZ2VtIG91IHByaXZhY2lkYWRlLiBBdmlzbyDigJQgUGFyYSBxdWFscXVlciByZXV0aWxpemHDp8OjbyBvdSBkaXN0cmlidWnDp8Ojbywgdm9jw6ogZGV2ZSBkZWl4YXIgY2xhcm8gYSB0ZXJjZWlyb3Mgb3MgdGVybW9zIGRhIGxpY2Vuw6dhIGEgcXVlIHNlIGVuY29udHJhIHN1Ym1ldGlkYSBlc3RhIG9icmEuIEEgbWVsaG9yIG1hbmVpcmEgZGUgZmF6ZXIgaXNzbyDDqSBjb20gdW0gbGluayBwYXJhIGVzdGEgcMOhZ2luYS4KTGljZW7Dp2EgQ3JlYXRpdmUgQ29tbW9ucyAtIGh0dHA6Ly9jcmVhdGl2ZWNvbW1vbnMub3JnL2xpY2Vuc2VzL2J5LW5jLzMuMC9ici8KRepositório de PublicaçõesPUBhttp://150.162.242.35/oai/requestopendoar:23732018-12-04T16:11:45Repositório Institucional da UFSC - Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC)false |
