Resumo: LED lamps and luminaires are considered electronic equipment and therefore, when inserted, they must enter directly into the recycling cycle of electronic equipment waste - WEEE. However, their heterogeneous nature can make them difficult to manage. In this context, the development of a disassembly methodology, as well as the valorization of these residues and the materials that compose it, can bring economic and environmental benefits. Recycling cooperatives have played an important role in the reverse logistics of various materials, but mainly in economic and social issues. The objective of this work was to develop, in partnership with a cooperative, a methodology for dismantling LED lamps, as well as making this waste profitable for the cooperative. With this, visits were made to a cooperative, and with information obtained and the disassembly of 116 lamps, a step-by-step disassembly of these lamps could be developed, and the population's awareness began. In addition, a layout of a work bench was elaborated and the materials with possible commercialization for the cooperative were determined, as well as the possible profitability. The results found demonstrate the possibility of generating income and valuing the materials present through the complete disassembly and recycling of this type of lamp.
