Relações Internacionais.A presente monografia tem como objetivo principal fazer uma ligação dos grandes protestos que houveram durante o Chile em 2019 com os eventos ocorridos durante a ditadura militar que houve no país, utilizando a teoria da Justiça de Transição como sua base. Para isso é feito uma análise das principais mudanças que ocorreram no Chile feitas por Pinochet até o presente momento, mostrando desde o golpe militar de 11 de setembro e de como ele logo instaurou um regime em que o medo virou a principal arma. Também será analisado como os governos após a redemocratização chilena fracassaram em realizar a conciliação de sua população, o qual é o objetivo principal da teoria estudada, além de ser analisado como cada um dos pilares da Justiça de Transição foram aplicados pelo governo, mostrando os principais erros que levaram ao caos que o país viveu. Por fim será exposto como se deu o processo que levou o Chile a organizar uma nova Constituinte, mostrando os principias pontos que estão sendo debatido. Para a sua realização será utilizado a metodologia historiográfica e de caráter explicativo, descrevendo os fatos históricos com o apoio principalmente de escritores e veículos de informação chilenos.The main goal of this work is to link the great protests that happened during Chile in 2019 with the events that took place during the country's military dictatorship, using the theory of Transitional Justice as its basis. For this, an analysis of the main changes that took place in Chile made by Pinochet is made, showing since the military coup of September 11th and how he soon established a regime in which fear became the main weapon. It will also be analyzed how governments after Chilean democratization failed to reconcile their population, which is the main objective of the theory studied, in addition to analyzing how each of the pillars of Transitional Justice were applied by the government, showing the main mistakes that led to the chaos that the country lived. Finally, it will be shown how the process that led Chile to organize a new Constitutional Convention, showing the main points that are being debated.
