A partir da observação das desigualdades enfrentadas desde a inserção das mulheres no mercado de trabalho, fica em evidência que o assédio sexual é uma das discriminações de gênero mais presentes nas organizações. Para tanto foi realizada uma entrevista com 13 mulheres, com base na metodologia História Oral, tendo como objetivo compreender como as mulheres vivenciam o assédio sexual repercutido no ambiente de trabalho. De modo geral observou que no trabalho as mulheres já passaram por mais de uma situação de assédio sexual, através de condutas verbais e comportamentais, mais recorrentes nos primeiros empregos. Therefore, an interview was conducted with 13 women, based on Oral History methodology aiming to understand how women experience sexual harassment in the workplace. In general, it was observed that at work women have already faced more than one sexual harassment situation through verbal and behavioral conducts, recurring most frequently in the first Jobs.
