A identidade étnica relacionada ao gênero perpassa por padrões hegemônicos e europeus, fazendo com que ainda haja uma lacuna sobre representatividade nos espaços de poder, no sistema social de inclusão, na superação do preconceito de gênero, na absorção da mão de obra no mercado de trabalho, no campo político, educacional, cultural e socioeconômico. Tal falta de inclusão, deu-se desde que as negras vindas da África, nos porões das naus portuguesas, no século XVI, pisaram em solo brasileiro sendo relegadas a própria sorte; e é aí que o trabalho escravo entra em cena fazendo com que a sua existência dependesse da sua resistência: na lavoura de café, na cozinha da casa grande, como ama de leite e como objeto de desejo dos senhores. Diante desse contexto, ao tentar entender essas lacunas, a mulher negra continua na invisibilidade e pobre, perante a sociedade. Busca-se, portanto, pensar no que fazer, para problematizar a situação das mulheres negras de Santa Catarina, especificamente da região Sul-Tubarão; analisando de forma substancial, sobre o empoderamento dessas mulheres, tendo como ponto de partida a Educação; para que possamos ter uma sociedade mais engajada e transgressora.The multiple hardships faced by African American Brazilians women been registered throughout Brazilian history. The remaining European patterns of gender hegemonic identity still present in the daily basis, therefore a current lack of representativeness from those women in the Brazilian power such as labor force, high-society, political, educational, cultural and socioeconomic. This lack of representativeness began since black women came from Africa into the Portuguese ship’s basement in the age of XVI, stepped on Brazilian soil left to it´s on matter of luck. This new scenario brought to them a new nightmare called slavery whereas the existence of themselves was based on physical resistance and suffering: coffee farms, kitchen of big houses as it’s called the name of Brazilian wealthy families, milk ladies and the worst seem as a belong from their Mr. farmers in order to fulfill their worst and crazy desires and vanity. In spite of all, in order to fulfill this clear gap in the Brazilian society, black women still remain invisible and poor towards a current reality of Brazilian days. Above all, a constant search with aim to find ways of how to insert those women specifically in city of Tubarão in the state of Santa Catarina into those previous gaps using the education as a tool in order to have an inclusive and fair society to all.Mulher Negra.
