Gênero e Diversidade na Escola.Intencionada em contribuir com as discussões sobre o estudo das relações étnicoraciais nas ações pedagógicas da prática docente na educação infantil, esse trabalho apresenta uma reflexão a partir de minha experiência como pedagoga em uma creche municipal de Florianópolis (SC). Nele, busco refletir sobre a importância dos estudos das relações étnico-raciais nas ações pedagógicas na prática docente desde a primeira etapa da educação básica, ou seja, a educação infantil, sobre o entendimento da Lei 11.645/2008 que inclui no currículo escolar a obrigatoriedade do Ensino da História e da Cultura Africana, Afro-Brasileira e Indígena. O trabalho analisa as atividades realizadas no período de seis meses, com o objetivo de agregar valores culturais e desconstruir pensamentos e atitudes que prejudicam o desenvolvimento escolar da criança, privando-a do conhecimento da sua própria origem étnico-racial. O trabalho visa ainda estimular a docente à reflexão da importância do tema no cotidiano escolar.Intended to contribute to the discussions on the study of ethnic-racial relations in the pedagogical actions of teaching practice in early childhood education, this paper presents a reflection based on my experience as a pedagogue in a municipal nursery school. In it, I seek to reflect on the importance of the studies of ethnic-racial relations in the pedagogical actions in the teaching practice since the first stage of basic education, which is, the infantile education, on the understanding of Law 11.645/2008 which includes in the school curriculum the mandatory Teaching of the history and culture of African, Afro-Brazilian and Indigenous peoples. This research analyzes the activities carried out in a six-month period, aiming to aggregate cultural values and deconstruct thoughts and attitudes that undermine a child's educational development, depriving the child of the knowledge of his/her own ethnic-racial origin.
