Supervised curricular internship and training of the nurse: developed activities

Resumo: Aim: to analyze the activities developed during the Curricular Supervised Internship by nursing students and residents of a multiprofessional program and its influences on training. Method: this is a field research with a descriptive and exploratory qualitative approach. For the data collection, the semi-structured interview technique was used. The process of data analysis, together with the discussion and interpretation are based on the Bardin Content Analysis technique. Results: from the participants’ contribution, three categories were identified: welfare activities, management activities and educational activities. Final considerations: the curricular supervised internship presents itself as an activity in which it is possible to develop and enhance the skills and competences required in the profile of the professional nursing egress. It was possible to identify the presence of assistance, management and educational activities in accordance with what is recommended by the National Curricular Guidelines. It was also identified that there is a need for greater emphasis still on the graduation of nurses' private activities.

Método: se trata de una investigación de campo de carácter cualitativo, descriptivo y exploratorio. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó la técnica de la entrevista semiestructurada. El proceso de análisis de los datos, la discusión y la interpretación fueron basados en la técnica de análisis de contenido de Bardin. Resultados: se identificó tres categorías en los discursos de los participantes: actividades asistenciales, actividades de gerencia y actividades educativas. Consideraciones finales: la pasantía curricular supervisada se presenta como una actividad en la cual es posible desarrollar y potenciar habilidades y competencias exigidas en el perfil del profesional de enfermería. Fue posible identificar la presencia de actividades asistenciales, gerenciales y educativas de acuerdo con lo determinado por las Directrices Curriculares Nacionales. También se identificó la necesidad de mayor énfasis, aún en la graduación, en la realización de actividades privativas del enfermero.Objetivo: analisar as atividades desenvolvidas por discentes e egressos de um Curso de Graduação em Enfermagem durante o desenvolvimento do Estágio Curricular Supervisionado. Método: trata-se de uma pesquisa de campo com abordagem qualitativa do tipo descritiva e exploratória. Para a coleta de dados foi utilizada a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada. O processo de análise dos dados, juntamente com a discussão e a interpretação foi embasado pela técnica de Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: emergiram três categorias nos discursos dos participantes: atividades assistenciais, atividades gerenciais e atividades educativas. Considerações finais: o Estágio Curricular Supervisionado apresenta-se como uma atividade na qual é possível desenvolver e potencializar habilidades e competências exigidas no perfil do profissional de enfermagem. Foi possível identificar a presença de atividades assistenciais, gerenciais e educativas em conformidade com o preconizado pelas Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais.
