Resumo: At the heart of this production the theoretical relevance is to discuss the device of the delation, an element present in the novel Soledad no Recife by the author Urariano Mota and in the testimony No corpo e na Alma of Derlei Catarina de Luca, starting from a comparative analysis between the works. For this purpose I use as a tool the archaeological methodology taught by Michael Foucault to identify the facets of what I have named as the device of the delation and the conjectures of the theorist Giorgio Agamben, which helps us to think about the Sovereign power and the maturable bodies, considering that the narratives have as composition of plot the Brazilian dictatorial period, whose persecution and violence to the militants was habitual practice of the regime.
