Resumo: This work observes, in A exposição das rosas: duas novelas, by István Örkény, the human contradictions through the manifestations of reality that contribute to a process of reification, emphasizing the irreducible need to narrate what cannot be forgotten, at the same time in that one has the harrowing awareness that language cannot fully express such an experience.
