Resumo: The paper consists of the qualitative assessment, through the Water quality index (NSF) of the Stream São Bernardo, located in the municipality of Mineiros-GO, under point 22 K 291081 and 8039143 S (UTM), with average elevation of 770 m graphics. Water quality indices have been calculated with DBO parameter data (5.20), OD, Termotolerantes Coliforms, pH, Total Nitrogen, Total phosphorus, total dissolved Solids, Temperature and Turbidity. The evaluation is made on the cross of the IQAs obtained and analysis of soil uses between August 2007 and October 2013. The values for the IQAs presented themselves as "Good" or "Great" in all the years of monitoring in accordance with the condition of water quality presented in the study period.

Os Índices de Qualidade de Água foram calculados com dados do parâmetro DBO (5,20), OD, Coliformes Termotolerantes, pH, Nitrogênio Total, Fósforo Total, Temperatura, Sólidos Totais Dissolvidos e Turbidez. A Avaliação é feita com cruzamento de dados dos IQAs obtidos e análise de usos do solo entre agosto de 2007 e outubro de 2013.
