Resumo: The objective of this experimental research was to verify if O-GOSHi and MOROTE-SEOI-NAGUE techniques could promote better flexibility indexes in Judo children. were used as subjects, thirty - six male children in the range of. 10 to 13 years of age, being, twenty, and four of the judo school of the Department of Physical Education of the Federal University of Viçosa-MG. , and twelve from the Raimundo Alves Torres State School divided into three groups of twelve subjects each, two experimental and one control group. In order to collect the flexibility indexes, the sit-and-reach tests of WELLS & D1LL0U (1952) were used in the pre and post-test, with a seven-week experimental period of fourteen sessions of fifty minutes (twice a week). In the analysis of variables, we found a significant difference between the measures of the groups (p <0.01) z, to know in which group there was a difference, the Tukey test was applied. It was concluded that: a) - between the means of the experimental groups A and B there was no significant difference (p <0.05); b] - there was a significant difference between the means of the experimental group B and the control group C; c) - there was no significant difference between the means of experimental group A and control group C (p <0.05).

1984Kinesis; Kinesis, n. especial. 1984Kinesis; Kinesis, n. especial. 19842316-54640102-8308reponame:Revista Kinesis (Santa Maria.
