Resumo: | This article focuses on intersemiotic translation from the transposition of Catatau, by Paulo Leminski, to the cinema, with Ex-isto, by Cao Guimarães. The guiding problem was the construction of sound-silence/noise-silence in both language matrices, assuming as objectives to identify the character's performative characteristics and to analyze fragments of the work and the film, considering the possible borders and convergences. We mobilized the concepts of voice, performance and noise, in Zumthor and Russolo, and rhizome, in Deleuze and Guattari. As a result, we point out that intersemiotic translation promoted dialectical thinking about the intersemiotic act from which various perspectives derive. |

Universidade Federal de Santa Maria2022-12-06info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionTextoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/otherapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.ufsm.br/letras/article/view/6708810.5902/2176148567088Letras; n. 63 (2021): Poéticas interartes e cultura brasileira; 215-2242176-14851519-3985reponame:Letras (Santa Maria.
