Resumo: The objective of this article is to analyze how a government of itself and others is performed on social networking sites, as well as perceiving how the subject is subjective in social networking sites. To this end, it grounded us the notions foucaultianas of governmentality and subjectivity. According to our analysis, we understand that, social networks play a government over others by inciting a search for popularity, leading the subject to adapt to a pattern of sharing. Starting from that, the subject develops self-practices, starting to take the place of the winner, one who has a successful and happy life.

Starting from that, the subject develops self-practices, starting to take the place of the winner, one who has a successful and happy life.O objetivo deste artigo é analisar como é desempenhado um governo de si e dos outros nos sites de redes sociais (RS), bem como perceber como o sujeito se subjetiva nas RS.
