Resumo: In this work, I analyze the novel La mujer desnuda by Armonía Somers, focusing on the way in which the Uruguayan author constructs a recentering of the feminine body, which, diverting from the norm, takes its freedom in search of the fulfillment of its desires. The analysis takes place in the way the protagonist relates to this path of self-discovery and also how she and her body are perceived by the other characters. The interactions generated by a fantastic event that re-inscribes the female body from a seemingly simple plot of encounters between characters allow us to glimpse practices of violence and frustrated desires that figure as part of the daily reality of women.

A análise se dá na forma como a protagonista se relaciona com esse caminho de autodescoberta e  também como ela e seu corpo são percebidos pelos outros personagens.
