Resumo: | Anthropogenic activities have elevated copper levels in the soil making this chemical element toxic to plants. The use of plants associated or not with microorganisms, in addition to organic compounds with the purpose of minimizing the effects of the metals become interesting in this situation, to allow the revegetation of these soils contaminated with copper. To meet the objectives were conducted three experiments, In which the first one aimed to determine the growth, tolerance and accumulation of copper in Eucalyptus grandis, Eucalyptus saligna, Eucalyptus dunniii and Corymbia citriodora; The second one determined the mitigating effect of swine wastewater on soil contamination with copper and its influence on the growth of Eucalyptus grandis and Eucalyptus saligna; While the third, was determined the influence of the conjugated use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and swine wastewater compost on the growth and accumulation of copper in Eucalyptus grandis. The results showed that the seedlings of Eucalyptus grandis, Eucalyptus saligna, Eucalyptus dunniii and Corymbia citriodora had their morphological parameters reduced with the doses of copper, most of the copper accumulated in the root, and greater tolerance of Eucalyptus grandis and Eucalyptus dunniii species. The swine wastewater compost provides higher growth, copper accumulation and seedling quality in the species of Eucalyptus grandis and Eucalyptus saligna. The addition of swine wastewater compost with the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi inoculum Gigaspora margarita increases the morphological parameters, seedling quality and copper accumulation in Eucalyptus grandis seedlings grown in soil contaminated with copper. |

O uso de plantas associadas ou não com microrganismos, além de compostos orgânicos, com finalidade de minimizar os efeitos dos metais se tornam interessante nessa situação, a fim de possibilitar a revegetação destes solos contaminados com cobre. Nesse sentido, este trabalho teve como objetivo determinar o crescimento, tolerância e acúmulo de cobre em espécies de eucalipto e a influência do uso de composto de água residuária de suinocultura e fungos micorrízicos arbusculares no crescimento e acúmulo de cobre em mudas de eucalipto cultivado em solo contaminado com cobre. Para atender este objetivo desenvolveu-se três experimentos, no qual o primeiro visou determinou o crescimento, tolerância e acúmulo de cobre em mudas de Eucalyptus grandis, Eucalyptus saligna, Eucalyptus dunniii e Corymbia citriodora; O segundo determinou o efeito amenizante de água residuária de suinocultura à contaminação do solo com cobre e sua influência no crescimento de Eucalyptus grandis e Eucalyptus saligna. Enquanto no terceiro determinou-se a influência do uso conjugado de fungos micorrízicos arbusculares e composto de água residuária de suinocultura no crescimento e acúmulo de cobre em Eucalyptus grandis. Os resultados evidenciaram que as mudas de Eucalyptus grandis, Eucalyptus saligna, Eucalyptus dunniii e Corymbia citriodora tiveram seus parâmetros morfológicos reduzidos com as doses de cobre, a maior parte do cobre acumulado na raiz, e maior tolerância das espécies Eucalyptus grandis e Eucalyptus dunniii. O composto de água residuária de suinocultura proporciona maior crescimento, acúmulo de cobre e qualidade de mudas nas espécies de Eucalyptus grandis e Eucalyptus saligna. A adição de composto de água residuária de suinocultura com inóculo de fungos micorrízicos arbusculares Gigaspora margarita aumenta os parâmetros morfológicos, qualidade de mudas e acúmulo de cobre em mudas de Eucalyptus grandis cultivadas em solo contaminado com cobre.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaUFSM Frederico WestphalenPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Agronomia - Agricultura e AmbienteUFSMBrasilAgronomiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessMetal pesadoContaminação do soloArbóreas exóticasFungos micorrízicos arbuscularesHeavy metalGround contaminationExotic treesArbuscular mycorrhizal fungiCNPQ::CIENCIAS AGRARIAS::AGRONOMIAAmenizante orgânico e micorrizas arbusculares em mudas de eucalipto cultivadas em solo contaminado com cobreOrganic sweetener and arbuscular mycorrhizae in eucalyptus seedlings grown on soil contaminated with copperinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisSilva, Rodrigo Ferreira dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0974234816299860Mallmann, Fábio Joel Kochemhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3193437805018266Soriani, Hilda Hildebrandhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3310438900948064http://lattes.cnpq.br/2335433025603890Negrini, Alex500100000009600ab9a38e8-7ba7-41af-9e0c-cd347d2506887fc5b0d2-3acc-43ab-ab15-a1f3941fc0c4e344ba28-5d80-4e33-9d5b-af44ab3ccc1fa2b539b0-9345-4ac6-8634-734b18e2e940reponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGAAA_2017_NEGRINI_ALEX.pdfDIS_PPGAAA_2017_NEGRINI_ALEX.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf6410168http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/13685/1/DIS_PPGAAA_2017_NEGRINI_ALEX.pdf08ef8773933697b97aca16479ab2a9d5MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
