Resumo: The architecture of Brazilian buildings has been presenting constant modifications in the construction techniques and materials used, which reflect directly in the comfort of the buildings. Such changes may be beneficial or detrimental to the enterprise. The acoustic comfort of the building is an important item for the analysis of the built environment, considering that the quality of the human life being is conditioned, among other factors, to the environment that houses it, so it is necessary that the sound level of each environment is suitable for its function or purpose of use. The isolation of impact and airborne noise in building floors is extremely important to obtain comfort, especially in housing. In addition, the residential building is a product to be marketed, where builders seek to reduce costs and optimize their application of financial resources, concentrating investments in attributes that are valued by the target audience. The noise is one of the factors that can interfere in the sale of the property and, consequently, in the customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction. For these reasons, was developed a tool for calculating construction costs of floor systems, to serve as input in choosing systems that are more cost-effective for engineering, real estate and user companies, encouraging the use of elements with adequate sound performance. In this study, acoustic insulation coefficients used were determined in laboratory and field tests that contemplate most of the constructive elements used in the country. The data were obtained from articles and dissertations about acoustic performance of impact and airborne noise and the budgeting was carried out with a commercial software. From the results report of the tool, it can be verified the cost per square meter, total execution cost, compliance with the performance standard ABNT NBR 15575, as well as the acoustic performance level of the simulated horizontal sealing elements. Therefore, the cost analysis tool for floor systems has the advantage of facilitating the simple and fast selection of systems that are more cost-effective regarding execution and noise performance.

Tais mudanças podem ser benéficas ou prejudiciais ao empreendimento. O conforto acústico na edificação é um item importante para a análise do ambiente construído, considerando-se que a qualidade de vida do ser humano está condicionada, dentre outros fatores, ao meio que o abriga, por isso é necessário que o nível sonoro de cada ambiente seja adequado à sua função ou finalidade de uso. O isolamento do ruído de impacto e aéreo em pisos de edificações é de extrema importância para se obter conforto, principalmente em residências. Além disso, o edifício residencial é um produto a ser comercializado, onde os construtores procuram reduzir os custos e otimizar sua aplicação de recursos financeiros, concentrando os investimentos em atributos que sejam valorizados pelo público-alvo. O ruído é um dos fatores que podem interferir na venda do imóvel e, consequentemente, na satisfação ou insatisfação do usuário. Por essas razões, foi desenvolvido uma ferramenta de cálculo do custo de construção de sistemas de pisos, para servir de subsídio na escolha dos sistemas que apresentam melhor custo-benefício para empresas de engenharia, setor imobiliário e usuários, incentivando, assim, o uso de elementos com desempenho sonoro adequado. Neste estudo, foram utilizados coeficientes de isolamento acústico determinados em ensaios de laboratório e em campo que contemplam grande parte dos elementos construtivos utilizados no país. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de artigos e dissertações de desempenho acústico de ruído de impacto e aéreo e a orçamentação foi realizada com um software comercial. A partir do relatório de resultados da ferramenta, pode ser verificado o custo por metro quadrado, custo total de execução, atendimento à norma de desempenho ABNT NBR 15575, bem como, o nível de desempenho acústico dos sistemas de pisos simulados. Portanto, a ferramenta de análise do custo de sistemas de pisos apresenta a vantagem de facilitar a escolha, de forma simples e rápida, de sistemas que apresentam melhor custo-benefício quanto à execução e desempenho sonoro.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de TecnologiaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia CivilUFSMBrasilEngenharia CivilAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAcústicaOrçamentoIsolamento sonoroDesempenho de edificaçõesAcousticBudgetSound insulationPerformance of buildingsCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA CIVILFerramenta para análise do custo de sistemas de pisos com diferentes classificações de desempenho acústicoCost analysis tool for floor systems with different acoustic performance classificationsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisPaixão, Dinara Xavier dahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3967266929672774Pinheiro, Marco Antonio Silvahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0065165410800910Oliveira, Maria Fernanda dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1555729873996754http://lattes.cnpq.br/8113458731822054Meller, Gabriela300100000003600b24cd6b8-32a4-44ee-87dc-2c2e832b13b87a02337f-583d-44c8-9f13-3ec8e2690c67e86d390f-1de6-4359-a212-ca388c79da25ef264c62-b616-483c-b3a6-0873c7a11ae5reponame:Repositório Institucional Manancial UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGEC_2017_MELLER_GABRIELA.pdfDIS_PPGEC_2017_MELLER_GABRIELA.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf5485032http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/14711/1/DIS_PPGEC_2017_MELLER_GABRIELA.pdf0d65d9d7fd11b6d8a66765a7113647b3MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
