A prática de psicólogos que atuam no CRAS: o olhar da teoria bioecológia do desenvolvimento humano

Resumo: The practice of the Psychologist within the Public Policy of Social Assistance is permeated by several variables that have repercussions in the day to day work, starting from more personal issues, processes, work environments and in time. To think about the psychologist's role in the Unified Social Assistance System (SUAS) we first need to understand the Psychology profession in Brazil, the Social Assistance field, the Social Protection levels until reaching the Psychologist working at CRAS. The present research, characterized as qualitative, consists of an explanatory case study focused on a phenomenon, aiming to analyze within the context of CRAS the professional / professional practice of the psychologist, understanding the biopsychological aspects of the person and their reciprocity in the dimensions of disposition, resources and demand that intervenes in the development itself in relation to their work, expressing how proximal processes are developed and their effects of competence and dysfunction in this work context, trying to understand how the contexts, from the micro to the macrosystem, in which the psychologist are acting mutually influence on the development of the person at work and reporting the aspects of time and the changes that occur in the continuity, periodicity and historicity that affect the proximal processes. For this, two procedures were performed for the research, the first one called Ecological Insertion, being followed up by a professional psychologist for five weeks, in all its activities in the workplace. The second instrument used was a semi-structured interview. As results were observed, according to the PPCT Model, in the person aspect through the abilities, being woman, responsibility, ethics, demotivation, in the aspect of proximal processes through team work and with the user and the family, in the context the relationship between the psychologist , social worker and user, CRAS team, government management, relationship with other public policies and in the dimension time the workload and work schedule, life history, current moment of Brazil. Finally, it is concluded that the performance of the psychologist will depend on the relationships and feedback that the elements of the PPCT will acquire and produce the development of this professional, also understanding that because it is a public policy, the performance will also depend on the investments that will be and social change.

Para pensar sobre a atuação do psicólogo no Sistema Único de Assistência Social (SUAS) primeiro é preciso compreender a profissão de Psicólogo no Brasil, o campo da Assistência Social, os níveis de Proteção Social até chegar ao Psicólogo atuando no Centro de Referência da Assistência Social (CRAS). A presente pesquisa, caracterizada como qualitativa, consiste em um estudo de caso exploratório focado em um fenômeno, tendo como objetivos analisar dentro do contexto do CRAS a atuação profissional/prática profissional de uma psicóloga, compreendendo os aspectos biopsicológicos da pessoa e sua reciprocidade nas dimensões de disposição, recursos e demanda que intervém no próprio desenvolvimento com relação ao seu trabalho, expressando como processos proximais são desenvolvidos e seus efeitos de competência e disfunção neste contexto do trabalho, buscando entender como os contextos, desde o micro ao macrossistema, em que o psicólogo está atuando influenciam reciprocamente no desenvolvimento da pessoa no trabalho e relatando os aspectos de tempo e as modificações que ocorrem quanto à continuidade, periodicidade e historicidade que afetam os processos proximais. Para isso, foram realizados dois procedimentos para a coleta de dados, o primeiro chamado de Inserção Ecológica, sendo realizado o acompanhamento de uma profissional psicóloga por cinco semanas, em todas as suas atividades conforme o local de trabalho permitisse. O segundo instrumento utilizado foi uma entrevista semiestruturada. Como resultados foram observados, conforme o Modelo PPCT, no aspecto pessoa através das habilidades, ser mulher, responsabilidade, ética, desmotivação, no aspecto processos proximais através do trabalho em equipe e com o usuário e a família, no contexto a relação entre a psicóloga, assistente social e o usuário, equipe do CRAS, a gestão de governo, relação com as demais políticas públicas e na dimensão tempo a carga horária e agenda de trabalho, história de vida, momento atual do Brasil.
