Resumo: | Objective: To analyze how the trainees and teachers of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy of Higher Education Institutions (HEI), in the city of Santa Maria / RS, perceive human communication, as well as to identify their understanding of interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary work together to people with communication disorders. Methods: Descriptive and exploratory study with a qualitative approach. The research population was composed of trainees and teachers from HEI (public and private) in the areas of Physicaherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy, of both sexes, aged over 18 years, from the city of Santa Maria. After consent of the institutional leaders, it was decided to use a sample of convenience and an equal number of subjects in each professional category. Thus, the research involved six students and six teachers from each of the three nucleus, totaling 36 participants. Data were collected from August 2017 to April 2018, through semi-structured interviews. For the interpretation and analysis of the data, we used the Content Analysis. Results: The results are presented and discussed in two articles: 1) "Communication Disorders: Perceptions of Trainees in Physicaherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy" that to learn the understanding of students of these professional nucle, regarding human communication and teamwork . The participants highlighted the different ways of communication; but the students of Physicaherapy and Occupational Therapy affirmed that the subject has been little worked in their courses, which causes insecurity, frustration and anxiety when accompanying subjects with altered language. Regarding teamwork, interdisciplinarity and transdisciplinarity were not precisely defined; 2) "Teamwork and Human Communication: the perception of Physicaherapy, Speech and Hearing Therapy and Occupational Therapy teachers" aimed to investigate knowledge and experience of teachers in these areas on interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary work, as well as about human communication. As for the inter and transdisciplinarity, there was doubt among professionals, especially with regard to transdisciplinary work. On the other hand, all teachers acknowledged that no nucleus is individually decisive in health care and that when faced with subjects with communication disorders, they consider in their practices both verbal and non-verbal communication. Conclusion: Trainees and teachers presented agreement on the concept of communication, highlighting the different ways of expression/interpretation. The participants expressed doubts regarding the concept of inter and transdicisplinarity, arguing that they are little discussed and practiced during vocational training. This study revealed that it is necessary to implement integrated and dynamic curriculs that allow the integration, at a minimum, of the professional nucle discussed here, and the discussion of themes such as human communication, group approaches and teamwork, in order to improve training and humanized health care. |

Métodos: Estudo descritivo e exploratório, com abordagem qualitativa. A população investigada foi composta por estagiários e docentes das IES (públicas e privadas) das áreas de Fisioterapia, Fonoaudiologia e Terapia Ocupacional, de ambos os sexos, com idade superior a 18 anos, do município de Santa Maria. Após anuência dos responsáveis institucionais, optou-se por utilizar uma amostra de conveniência e uma quantidade paritária de sujeitos em cada categoria profissional. Desse modo, a pesquisa envolveu seis discentes e seis docentes de cada um dos três núcleos, totalizando 36 participantes. Os dados foram coletados de agosto de 2017 a abril de 2018, por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. Para interpretação e análise dos dados, utilizou-se a Análise de Conteúdo. Resultados: Os resultados são apresentados e discutidos em dois artigos: 1) “Distúrbios da Comunicação: percepções de estagiários da Fisioterapia, Fonoaudiologia e Terapia Ocupacional” que apreendeu o entendimento de discentes desses núcleos profissionais, a respeito da comunicação humana e do trabalho em equipe. Os participantes destacaram as diversas maneiras de comunicação; porém os estudantes de Fisioterapia e Terapia Ocupacional afirmaram que a temática tem sido pouco trabalhada em seus cursos, o que ocasiona insegurança, frustração e ansiedade ao acompanharem sujeitos com alteração de linguagem. Sobre o trabalho em equipe, a interdisciplinaridade e transdisciplinaridade não foram definidas com exatidão; 2) “Trabalho em Equipe e Comunicação Humana: a percepção de docentes de Fisioterapia, Fonoaudiologia e Terapia Ocupacional” ocupou-se do conhecimento e da experiência dos docentes, das referidas áreas, acerca do trabalho interdisciplinar e transdisciplinar, bem como analisou a concepção dos mesmos sobre comunicação humana. Quanto à inter e transdisciplinaridade, constataram-se dúvida dos profissionais, especialmente no que tange o trabalho transdiciplinar. Por outro lado, todas as docentes reconheceram que nenhum núcleo é individualmente resolutivo na atenção à saúde e que, quando frente a sujeitos com distúrbios da comunicação, consideram em suas práticas tanto a comunicação verbal, quanto a não verbal. Conclusão: Estagiários e docentes apresentaram concordância em relação ao conceito de comunicação, destacando as diversas maneiras de expressão/interpretação. Os participantes demonstraram dúvidas em relação ao conceito de inter e transdicisplinaridade, alegando que são abordagens pouco discutidas e praticadas durante a formação profissional. Este estudo revelou que convém implementar currículos integrados e dinâmicos, que possibilitem a integração, no mínimo, entre os núcleos profissionais aqui abordados e o debate de temáticas como comunicação humana, abordagens grupais e trabalho em equipe, a fim de se aprimorar a formação e a assistência humanizada em saúde.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências da SaúdePrograma de Pós-Graduação em Distúrbios da Comunicação HumanaUFSMBrasilFonoaudiologiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessComunicaçãoFisioterapiaFonoaudiologiaTerapia ocupacionalHumanização da assistênciaCommunicationPhysiotherapySpeech therapyOccupational therapyHumanization of assistanceCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::FONOAUDIOLOGIAComunicação humana, saúde e interdisciplinaridade: análise das percepções de estagiários e de docentes da fisioterapia, fonoaudiologia e terapia ocupacionalHuman communication, health and interdisciplinarity: analysis of perceptions of trainees and of teachers of physiotherapy, speech theray and occupational therapyinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisFedosse, Elenirhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/7207062592880064Delboni, Miriam Cabrera CorveloChun, Regina Yu Shonhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4303836597814346Anversa, Andreisi Carbone40070000000360060060060060070b8f0d8-a5de-4414-9471-cabfd03f7e6cc5df3402-7eaf-443e-8cb6-9c2c018c1ec3aa263b8a-5de3-45a4-b8f6-9448ddf109ba061d5b20-a805-4425-afc3-f839e7f2885ereponame:Repositório Institucional Manancial UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGDCH_2018_ANVERSA_ANDREISI.pdfDIS_PPGDCH_2018_ANVERSA_ANDREISI.pdfDissertaçãoapplication/pdf2281784http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/20797/1/DIS_PPGDCH_2018_ANVERSA_ANDREISI.pdf1ea21b9510ddf14d35e406de33037fc2MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
