Resumo: This dissertation, from the Professional Master's course, from the Graduate Program in Public Policies and Educational Management (PPPG) at UFSM, addresses the themes of curriculum and Indigenous School Education in RS. It aims to draw up an Intercultural Curriculum Proposal so that the Mbya Guarani community of Santa Maria is a protagonist in the investigation of their schooling processes. To do so, the following problem arises: How is it possible to draw up an Intercultural Curriculum Proposal so that the Mbya Guarani community of Santa Maria investigates its schooling processes? The study is constituted in the EEIEF Yvyra'ijá Tenondé Verá Miri, Aldeia Mbya Guarani Guaviraty Porã in Santa Maria, being validated by the community, which becomes an interlocutor and guide of indigenous knowledge indispensable to an Intercultural Curriculum Proposal based on a socionatural calendar/ sociocultural. Thus, the research was understood as implied and applied, as it was developed with/for the community, this community being the researcher's work locus. The technical/educational product built consists of a Draft that presents a proposal for curricular organization for the Mbya Guarani Indigenous Elementary School for the EEIEF Yvyra’ijá Tenondé Verá Miri, valuing the culture of this people. Furthermore, this product will be forwarded to the Department of Education of RS, making it possibleto instrumentalize actions to rethink educational policies addressed to indigenous communities. It is concluded that this work can serve as a basis for other schools to re/think about their curricular organization, valuing and respecting the processes of interculturality, cultural hybridity and border culture, experienced by minorities who seek to find a real space in Brazilian society.

Para ello se plantea el siguiente problema: ¿Cómo es posible elaboraruna Propuesta Curricular Intercultural para que la comunidad Mbya Guaraní de SantaMaría investigue sus procesos de escolarización? El estudio se constituye en laEEIEFYvyra'ijá Tenondé Verá Miri, Aldeia Mbya Guarani Guaviraty Porã en Santa Maria, siendo validado por la comunidad, que se convierte en interlocutora y guía de saberes indígenas indispensables para una Propuesta Curricular Intercultural basada en un calendario socionatural/ sociocultural. Así, la investigación fue entendida como implícita y aplicada, ya que fue desarrollada con/para la comunidad, siendo esta comunidad el lugar de trabajo del investigador. El producto técnico/educativo construido consiste en un Anteproyecto que presenta una propuesta de organización curricular para la Escuela Primaria Indígena Mbya Guarani para la EEIEF Yvyra’ijá Tenondé Verá Miri, valorando la cultura de este pueblo. Además, este producto será remitido al Departamento de Educación de RS, lo que permitirá instrumentar acciones para repensar las políticas educativas dirigidas a las comunidades indígenas. Para tanto, parte-se da seguinte problemática: como é possível rabiscar uma Proposta Curricular Intercultural de modo que a comunidade Mbya Guarani de Santa Maria investigue seus processos de escolarização? O estudo se constitui na EEIEF Yvyra’ijá Tenondé Verá Miri, Aldeia Mbya Guarani Guaviraty Porã em Santa Maria, sendo validado pela comunidade, a qual se torna interlocutora e orientadora de conhecimentos indígenas indispensáveis a uma Proposta Curricular Intercultural baseada em um calendário socionatural/sociocultural. Assim, a pesquisa fora compreendida como implicada e aplicada, por desenvolver-se com/para a comunidade, sendo esta comunidade o locus de trabalho da pesquisadora. O produto técnico/educacional construído constitui-se em uma Minuta que apresenta uma proposta de organização curricular para o Ensino Fundamental Indígena Mbya Guarani para a EEIEF Yvyra’ijá Tenondé Verá Miri valorizando a cultura deste povo. Ademais, este produto será encaminhado à Secretaria de Educação do RS, possibilitando instrumentalizar ações para repensar políticas educativas endereçadas às comunidades indígenas.
