Resumo: INTRODUCTION: Birth Plan is an anticipated record of a woman's wishes about the care and procedures she accepts or refuses to undergo during childbirth, constituting a kind of Advance Directive of Will. OBJECTIVE: To build a technological proposition of an animated infographic about the Birth Plan as an Advance Directive of Will for the use of pregnant women. METHOD: Methodological study with production of technological proposition with interface in three steps of the ADDIE model. This model consists of Analysis (A), Design (D), Development (D), Implementation (I) and Evalaution (E). The context analysis (A), which subsidized the construction of the content of the technological proposition roadmap, was carried out through narrative and integrative reviews, selection of official documents from the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health, and field research. The qualitative data collection occurred through semi-structured interviews with ten puerperae assisted in Primary Health Care in a municipality of the Western Border of the State of Rio Grande do Sul conducted from October 2021 to March 2022 with an average duration of 33 minutes. The data from the field research were submitted to textual discourse analysis. In the Design stage (D) the project, the script, the art direction, the voice recording, the storyboard, and the animatic were built. The D and D stages were carried out with the assistance of a professional and an undergraduate student of industrial design from October 2021 to November 2022. The Development (D) contemplated the production of the animated infographic with the union of the animatic and the voice recording in an animated form and condensed into a video. The study obtained approval from the Research Ethics Committee of the institution under opinion CAAE 52384521.8.0000.5346. Results: The construction of the technological proposition of an animated infographic about the birth plan as an advance directive of will culminate in a video with 13 minutes and 26 seconds. The animated infographic addresses the construction of the birth plan and how health professionals can support this development with information about obstetric practices for clinically led and shared decision making. Knowledge of recommended and not recommended practices for a positive prenatal, intrapartum, and childbirth experience. It is understood that making wishes explicit could have potential bias regarding recorded decisions. The decision is the woman's with encouragement of the partner's participation in the care of the mother-baby binomial. These decisions are registered, but are not visible in the infographic, since one must take into consideration the singularity of the woman and baby's clinical condition as well as their wishes and desires. FINAL CONSIDERATIONS: The animated infographic is a technological proposition with the potential to enable women to learn about the concept of birth plan as an advance directive of will for a positive birth experience.

OBJETIVO: Construir uma proposição tecnológica de um infográfico animado sobre o Plano de Parto como Diretiva Antecipada de Vontade para uso das gestantes. MÉTODO: Estudo metodológico com produção de preposição tecnológica com interface em três etapas do modelo de ADDIE. Este modelo consiste em Analysis / Análise do contexto (A), Design / Projeto (D), Development / Desenvolvimento (D), Implementation / implantação (I) e Evalaution / avaliação (E). A análise de contexto (A), subsidiou a construção do conteúdo do roteiro da proposição tecnológica, foi realizada mediante revisão narrativa e integrativa, seleção de documentos oficiais da Organização Mundial de Saúde e Ministério da Saúde e pesquisa de campo. A coleta de dados qualitativos ocorreu por meio de entrevistas semiestruturada com dez puérperas assistidas na Atenção Primária em Saúde de um município da Fronteira Oeste do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul realizadas de outubro de 2021 a março de 2022 com duração média de 33 minutos. Os dados da pesquisa de campo foram submetidos a análise textual discursiva. Na etapa do Design (D) foi construído o projeto, o roteiro, a direção de arte, a gravação da voz, o storyboard e o animatic. As etapas de D e D foram realizadas com assessoria de um profissional e um estudante de graduação do desenho industrial no período de outubro de 2021 a novembro de 2022. O Desenvolvimento (D) contemplou a produção do infográfico animado com a união do animatic e a gravação de voz de forma animada e condensada em um vídeo. O estudo obteve aprovação do Comitê de Ética em Pesquisa da instituição sob parecer CAAE 52384521.8.0000.5346. RESULTADOS: A construção da proposição tecnológica de um infográfico animado sobre o plano de parto como diretiva antecipada de vontade culminou em um vídeo com 13 minutos e 26 segundos. O infográfico animado aborda a construção do plano de parto e como os profissionais de saúde podem subsidiar essa elaboração com informações sobre as práticas obstétricas para a tomada de decisão conduzida e compartilhada clinicamente. O conhecimento das práticas recomendadas e não recomendas para uma experiência de pré-natal, intraparto e parto positivo. Entende-se que explicitar as vontades poderia ter um potencial tendencioso quanto as decisões registradas. A decisão é da mulher com incentivo da participação do parceiro nos cuidados ao binômio mãe-bebê. Estas decisões são registradas, mas não estão visíveis no infográfico, uma vez que se deve levar em consideração a singularidade do quadro clínico da mulher e do bebê bem como dos seus desejos e vontades. CONSIDERAÇÕES FINAIS: O infográfico animado é uma proposição tecnológica com o potencial de possibilitar as mulheres conhecer o conceito de plano de parto como diretiva antecipada de vontade para uma experiência de parto positiva.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências da SaúdePrograma de Pós-Graduação em EnfermagemUFSMBrasilEnfermagemAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessAutonomia pessoalEducação pré natalTecnologia da informaçãoTecnologia educacionalDiretivas antecipadasPersonal autonomyPrenatal educationParturitionEducationalInformation technologyEducacional technologyAdvance directiveCNPQ::CIENCIAS DA SAUDE::ENFERMAGEMInfográfico animado sobre o plano de parto como diretiva antecipada de vontade: proposição tecnológicaAnimated infographic about advance directive as birth plan: technology propositioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisCogo, Silvana Bastoshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9365072653024037Sehnem, Graciela DutraNietsche, Elisabeta AlbertinaBarlem, Jamila Geri Tomaschewskihttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9095361642004322Santos, Aline Ost dos400400000000600600600600600600665aef63-ae83-45e2-9775-ab5f9051c750e4149141-7001-469c-95aa-9ec1739b4b91c3873787-46e1-4d08-bfe9-b31ab6f081309dc626a0-9eaf-4e31-b11e-b6472bb72a356ed05dc6-cfa8-49c5-8031-ecc2f7e88739reponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2023_SANTOS_ALINE.pdfDIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2023_SANTOS_ALINE.pdfDissertação de mestradoapplication/pdf3733432http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/27741/1/DIS_PPGENFERMAGEM_2023_SANTOS_ALINE.pdf6e3abf8a90e467e36c503f89e46999feMD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
