Resumo: | To minimize the problem of soil compaction caused by the heavy traffic of machines on the soil an alternative is the controlled traffic, which performs the standardization of the wheel gauges of the machines and implements, allowing them to move in predetermined places. The objective of this study was to evaluate the traction performance and the engine gas emissions of an agricultural tractor in an area with controlled traffic of machines at different intensities, traction of a seeder equipped with three configurations opening of furrow. An agricultural area located in the county of Carazinho, RS. The experimental design was a randomized block 3 x 3, with three traffic situations (tractor traffic; tractor and harvester traffic; tractor, harvester and sprayer traffic). Furthermore, three opening of furrow configurations (double disc in all seeder lines; double disc on lines without traffic and furrow rod in those receiving the traffic; and double disc in non-contact tire lines with furrow rod in traffic lines). The variables analyzed were traction force, power in the traction drawbar, maximum power, speed, skidding of the driving wheels, operational capacity, engine efficiency. With the traction demand values, the corresponding torque in the dynamometer was applied to evaluate the hourly consumption, specific consumption and emissions of NO, NO2, NOx, CO2, O2 and particulates. It is concluded that the absence of furrower rod in the traffic lines reduces the power in the drawbar by 57.9% with tractor and harvester traffic and 53,5% with tractor, harvester and sprayer traffic. Traffic-free area, in relation to random traffic with double disc and double disc without furrow rod offer lower operational capacity, higher power provided by the engine and high engine utilization. The higher traffic intensity provides a 1.8% reduction in fuel consumption compared to the area without machine traffic. Controlled traffic at the highest intensity compared to the traffic-free area provided a reduction of 42.8% and 2.2% when using double disc, and 66.7% and 2.6% with double disc without furrow rod of particulate matter and nitrogen oxides, respectively. The non-cultivation of the area destined to traffic, represented in this study by 18.2%, reduced by 72.8%, 12.1%, 16.9% in traffic of the tractor and harvester, and 80%, 11.6%, 15% with the traffic of the tractor, harvester and sprayer the emission of particulates, nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxide, respectively, compared to the cultivation of these lines using furrow rod. |

O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o desempenho em tração e as emissões de gases do motor de um trator agrícola em área com tráfego controlado de máquinas em diferentes intensidades, tracionando uma semeadora equipada com três configurações de sulcadores. O trabalho foi desenvolvido em área agrícola, localizada no município de Carazinho, RS. O delineamento experimental foi de blocos casualizados 3 x 3, sendo três situações de tráfego (tráfego do trator, tráfego do trator e colhedora, tráfego de trator e colhedora e pulverizador) e três configurações de sulcadores (disco duplo em todas as linhas de semeadora, disco duplo nas linhas sem tráfego e haste naquelas que recebem o tráfego e disco duplo nas linhas sem contato de pneu com ausência de sulcadores nas linhas de tráfego). As variáveis analisadas foram força de tração, potência na barra de tração, potência máxima, velocidade, patinamento das rodas motrizes, capacidade operacional, eficiência do motor. Com os valores de demanda de tração, foram aplicados o torque correspondente no dinamômetro para avaliação do consumo horário, consumo específico e emissões de NO, NO2, NOx, CO2, O2 e particulados. Conclui-se que a ausência de sulcadores do tipo haste, nas linhas de tráfego, reduzem a potência na barra de tração em 57,9% com tráfego do trator e colhedora e, 53,5% com o tráfego do trator e colhedora e pulverizador. Área isenta de tráfego, em relação ao tráfego aleatório com uso de sulcadores disco duplo e disco duplo sem haste, oferecem menor capacidade operacional e maior potência fornecida pelo motor e utilização do motor. A maior intensidade de tráfego proporciona redução no consumo horário de combustível de 1,8% em comparação a área sem tráfego de máquinas. O tráfego controlado na maior intensidade comparado a área sem tráfego proporcionam redução de 42,8% e 2,2% utilizando disco duplo e 66,7% e 2,6% com disco duplo sem haste de material particulado e óxidos de nitrogênio, respectivamente. O não cultivo da área destinada ao tráfego, representada neste trabalho por 18,2%, reduz em 72,8%, 12,1%, 16,9% no tráfego do trator e colhedora, e 80%, 11,6%, 15% com o tráfego do trator e colhedora e pulverizador a emissão de particulados, óxidos de nitrogênio e dióxido de carbono, respectivamente, comparado ao cultivo dessas linhas utilizando haste.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências RuraisPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia AgrícolaUFSMBrasilEngenharia AgrícolaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessPlantio diretoLinhas de tráfegoCompactação do soloForça de traçãoNo-tillageTraffic linesSoil compactionTraction forceCNPQ::CIENCIAS AGRARIAS::ENGENHARIA AGRICOLADesempenho e emissões de trator em semeadura com diferentes configurações de sulcadores em área com tráfego controlado de máquinasPerformance and emissions of tractor in seeding with different opening of furrow configurations in area with controlled traffic of machinesinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisSchlosser, José Fernandohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0575023987760421Russini, Alexandrehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4912380699178131Farias, Marcelo Silveira dehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6322690081849134Werner, Valmirhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6381020055451118Boller, Walterhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8490766131954418http://lattes.cnpq.br/3077420833015294Bertollo, Gilvan Moisés50030000000860066609d8a-30dd-463d-9687-a65af74130cbe4fc75c8-de48-4fcd-9ebb-36132b0c2e2446227ad4-ea72-45d1-b219-6a227f22a38c46840ceb-f559-425c-91f3-a08d9315dbe8e8e4cc15-7784-4e6e-9078-0b0fa5bdf228b6fada00-f1fa-4143-bbb5-34c4c3ea45b7reponame:Repositório Institucional Manancial UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALTES_PPGEA_2018_BERTOLLO_GILVAN.pdfTES_PPGEA_2018_BERTOLLO_GILVAN.pdfTese de Doutoradoapplication/pdf5673008http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/14206/1/TES_PPGEA_2018_BERTOLLO_GILVAN.pdfa457fc9dd792dd86801f1cb684560ac7MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
