Preliminary Analysis of Environmental Risks Related Activities for the drilling of a Well of Land Oil

This study evaluate the process of drilling a Well Land Oil, in all its stages in order to map the environmental risks to which their employees are exposed. To this end, we carried out a qualitative survey, which allowed describing and analyzing the physical risks by employing the technique of Preliminary Hazard Analysis (PHA). Data were collected and analyzed using various sources in the literature, and applying a criterion to assess damage severity and consequences of each hazard and risk. The results obtained from the study showed the need for adopting preventive and corrective measures in order to avoid accidents in the process of drilling a well, because this is one of the steps regarding the Exploration and Production of Oil that presents the greatest diversity and concentration of risk greater number of workers that industry, in particular with a high percentage of moderate items in the classification adopted.
